The club have confirmed that Lionel Messi has agreed to have his eighth Ballon d'Or on display at Barcelona museum.

Before this all of Messi previous seven Ballon d'Or trophies were on display in the club museum. However Messi won his eighth win after leaving Barca and signing with PSG.

Leo went on to win the World Cup with Argentina but he still kept Barca strong and is considered the greatest player ever to play for the club.

As a result Messi eighth Ballon d'Or won in October last year is now featured in Barca museum where fans can view it for €40.
