Barcelona are said to have made their first contact with the agency that manages Serie A Player of the Year Khvicha Kvaratskhelia according to credible Georgian journalist Lasha Kokiashvili.
Barca are looking for a top winger to bolster their squad with Kvaratskhelia emerging on their roster ahead of Rafael Leao.
But Kvaratskhelia will not be cheap. Barca are reportedly preparing a budget of around 90 million to 100 million for the talented Georgia international.
Barcelona are hoping to raise around 200 million in sales this summer with some high-profile and high-profile players expected to leave. Barca president Joan Laporta is also relying on sponsors to transfer money to the club this summer.
Kvaratskhelia impressed big European clubs with his amazing performances for Napoli last season as they won the Serie A title. The 23-year-old has scored 14 goals and 17 assists to help his side reach the Championship.
The left-back will feature against Napoli against Barcelona this weekend in the Champions League last 16.
