Are LaLiga clubs really interested in signing Thomas Partey?

Thomas Partey has recently been linked with a number of La Liga clubs including Barcelona. Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad.

However there is not much truth to those rumors as revealed by the number one journalist Fabrizio Romano.
