Dele Alli forced to have another operation as he sustains more injuries

Dele Alli is facing another setback as he undergoes surgery again causing another injury to the Everton midfielder. Alli has been out since March with a groin injury while on loan at Besiktas.

Despite returning to Everton in the summer he has not featured in any of the games for Sean Dyche side this season.

Recent updates from Dyche suggest that Alli is under the knife again complicating his recovery. Unfortunately there is no specific time given for the return of the former Tottenham and England midfielder.

Speaking ahead of Saturday FA Cup clash with Luton Dyche told reporters that Dele had demanded surgery. There was no time for his return. It is a kidney surgery.
