According to Turkish newspaper Takvim Fenerbahce has submitted an initial 8 million bid to sign Anthony Martial this month.
The Frenchman whose contract expires this summer is in talks to extend his one year deal at Manchester United.
However Martial has never had his success with more failures than visits over the years. This season he has been sidelined for some time.
Now he is back he has scored just one goal in the Premier League so far.
The Red Devils may want to reduce their losses on Martial but 8 million is far less. Maybe a push of at least 10 million to 12 million would be better for Man United from a business perspective.
The report adds that Fenerbahce intends to sign Martial to bolster their fight. They hope to take advantage of their good relationship with Man United having made deals for Altay Bayindir and Fred in the past.
