Man United are evaluating removing Antony from their first team over allegations of sexual assault by his ex-girlfriend, reports Brazilian news outlet UOL.

Gabriela Cavallin, a DJ and influencer, filed police reports against Antony both in their native Brazil and in England and investigations are ongoing.

UOL published new allegations against the 23-year-old Brazil international footballer, including WhatsApp screenshots and photographs of injuries.

It claimed that Antony headbutted and punched Cavallin while she was pregnant. Antony has refuted the allegations.

The attacker has, however, been dropped for Brazil's upcoming fixtures and there this report addds that United may soon take action.
