Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Monaco centre-back Axel Disasi.

The Blues have agreed a £38.6 million deal to sign the 25-year-old who will add defensive depth after Wesely Fofana's injury.

Disasi who played alongside Benoit Badiashile at Monaco played 129 games for the French club in the last three seasons.
