Julian Nagelsmann is skeptical of Paris Saint-Germain that Kylian Mbappe will miss the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash with Bayern Munich.
Mbappe suffered a hamstring injury in Wednesday's Ligue 1 game against Montpellier. PSG later announced that the 24-year-old would be out for about three weeks. Mbappe will not be available for PSG's first leg against Bayern Munich on February 14. However, Bayern coach Nagelsmann is not entirely convinced that this will be the case.
Julian Nagelsmann told Wolfsburg:
"I do not think he will be absent, I do not expect anything else. I do not know what injury he has, I assume he will play. There is uncertainty on the PSG website. If it weren't for the injury, I can't imagine he missed the game, but I do not know. Of course, they can play tricks. "I'm preparing for the game as he usually does."
