Chelsea left-back has been ruled out with a knee injury and illness following his return from the England squad following an international break.
The 27-year-old has been sidelined with an injury this season making just 12 Premier League appearances.
Mauricio Pochettino will be chosen between Chilwell and Marc Cucurella v Everton.
