According to Marca Spain number one source Barcelona and Getafe are no longer interested in signing Mason Greenwood after Manchester United offered 50 million.
The 22-year-old Greenwood has enjoyed a loan spell at Getafe this season scoring eight goals and providing five assists so far.
That led to Getafe wanting him permanently while Barca are also tracking the England international.
However both clubs are now reportedly closing in on United demands which they believe are too expensive.
Greenwood has endured a difficult departure from Old Trafford after being dropped from the club following allegations of rape and abuse by his partner. His future remains uncertain as he goes from strength to strength in La Liga.
